If you’ve made updates in your Helpbot widget but they’re not showing up on your website, there could be several reasons why.

 

Here’s how you can troubleshoot:

  1. Clear Your Cache: Web browsers store a cached version of your website to load pages faster. Clearing your browser’s cache can force it to download the latest version of your website, which includes any recent changes.
  2. Confirm Your Changes Were Saved: After making changes in the app, make sure you click on the ‘Save’ button. Changes won’t appear on your website until they’ve been saved.
  3. Allow Time for Propagation: Sometimes, it can take a few minutes for changes to propagate and become visible on your website. If you’ve just published changes, try waiting a bit and then refresh your website.
  4. Check for Conflicts with Other Scripts or Plugins: If you have other scripts or plugins on your website, they might conflict with the Faqprime app. Try disabling other scripts/plugins one by one to see if the issue resolves.
