- Clear Your Cache: Web browsers store a cached version of your website to load pages faster. Clearing your browser’s cache can force it to download the latest version of your website, which includes any recent changes.
- Confirm Your Changes Were Saved: After making changes in the app, make sure you click on the ‘Save’ button. Changes won’t appear on your website until they’ve been saved.
- Allow Time for Propagation: Sometimes, it can take a few minutes for changes to propagate and become visible on your website. If you’ve just published changes, try waiting a bit and then refresh your website.
- Check for Conflicts with Other Scripts or Plugins: If you have other scripts or plugins on your website, they might conflict with the Faqprime app. Try disabling other scripts/plugins one by one to see if the issue resolves.
