What is the difference between CDP and DMP?

It's quick to get the terms Data Management Platform (DMP) and Content Delivery Platform (CDP) mixed up. DMPs target anonymous users and track their customers through cookies. A lot of the data generated by a DMP is uncertain and will expire after 90 days, which is the lifespan of a cookie.

CDPs, on the other hand, generate a more persistent customer profile by storing a vast volume of data, preserving the background of customer interactions, and integrating it into a single record.
