How will Customers Track Order?

• Customers will be able to Track Order via the Helpbot on your Website or the Track order page (Settings>Track order> Track Order Page>URL).
• The customers can track their orders by entering Order Number, and [(Email Id or Phone Number (Depending on your configuration during setting up the Track Order feature)]
• You can choose the track order setting to order number + email if you wish your customers to track an order based on email. (Settings>Track order>How do you wish your customers to track an order)
