The Helpbot is not showing on my store?

You need to set its visibility (Enable) from your Faqprime App admin.

  1. Choose Faqprime Helpbot and click on the Edit button
  2. Set the visibility as "Enable"
  3. Select a language from the dropdown, the default language is English
  4. Click on SAVE. Yay! You're good to go.
