To generate app-specific passwords in Zoho

1. Two-factor Authorization (TFA) - https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/two-factor-authentication.html#alink7 
2. IMAP access - https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/imap-access.html

 

Note: Do not forget to enable the IMAP access in the respective mail user. Users > Mail ID > Mailbox Settings > Mailbox actions > IMAP Access  - Enable
