    To customize your knowledgebase:

    1. Under Products, go to knowledgebase
    2. Make your changes:
      • Choose to Show/Hide Logo
      • Upload logo
      • Set your banner
      • Show/Hide favicon on browser
    3. Click on "Save Options"
    4. Settings updated!
