Search Intent keywords
Search intent keywords are phrases that end-users might type into the knowledge base search to find content. When end-user input matches one of these phrases, Faqprime recognizes the intent.
How does Intent matching work?
When an end-user writes or says something, referred to as end-user input, Faqprime compares the input to user search intent keywords to find the best match. This process is called intent matching. Intent matching can only occur for intents associated with a particular content unit.
