CRM on Front

Integrate CRM functionalities within Front to manage contacts and client interactions. Centralize customer data for streamlined communication and relationship building.

Add tags to your emails or messages.

Adjust tags according to your requirements and situation.

Go to the Contacts section.

Import or create new contacts.

Adjust the access settings of your contacts.

Make contacts private or public.

Fill up further contact details.

Add lists and links to your contacts.

Save your contacts.

Add internal comments on your messages or emails.

Change the status of internal comments.

Go to Discussions to explore all discussions.

Assign tasks or discussions to team members.

View all open and assigned discussions in the Open Discussions tab.

Snooze chats or discussions.

Adjust times and dates for discussions.

Manage integrations on the right-hand sidebar.

Integrate further applications from the App Store.

Click Enable App to install or integrate an application.

Configure an app by linking, copying the account, or managing settings, then click Save.

Delete or disable applications from your Front dashboard.

Explore categories for further integrations.

Go to the Channels section to integrate social media or other channels.

Check enabled applications in the Enable section.
